Join an international team where your ideas matter and your growth is supported. You help make sure supplier quality stays high by managing complaints, returns, and special approvals. You work closely with suppliers and teams to keep production running smoothly and improve quality performance.
Your tasks
- Manage supplier complaints by reviewing, evaluating, and ensuring clear documentation of defects and technical details.
- Coordinate with suppliers on corrective actions and deadlines, and follow up to make sure complaints and sorting are handled on time.
- Decide when to return defective material to suppliers and document all returns and rework correctly.
- Track supplier analysis and corrective actions, making sure all steps are completed and documented.
- Monitor and report on complaint statistics and supplier quality performance.
- Act as the main contact between suppliers and internal teams like production, engineering, and quality.
- Support teams with supplier quality issues and ensure good communication and alignment about complaints and actions.
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience in supplier quality assurance, complaint management, or a similar quality role.
- Experience communicating with suppliers and coordinating corrective actions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and failure analysis methods.
- Experience with data analysis and quality reporting is helpful.
- Technical background in engineering, quality management, or similar.
- Good knowledge of quality tools like 8D-Reports, 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, and Ishikawa.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
