You shape the service business strategy for key OEM customers, turning market and customer insights into smart, data-driven plans that drive growth. You own the full product lifecycle from a service perspective and play a key role in making sure our product portfolio meets customer needs and supports strong, profitable growth.

Your tasks

  • Lead the service business for Global Key Account teams
  • Develop strategies to grow the service business with OEM customers using market and competitor insights
  • Create business plans from growth strategies and direct market introduction plans
  • Identify customer technical roadmaps and drive related product development
  • Ensure profitable sales growth with strong product positioning, including pricing
  • Align internally with the Business Unit Semiconductors (SEMI) on OEM strategy
  • Monitor the market to address changing needs and trends, and protect VAT’s market position
  • Manage sales and profitability targets for dedicated OEMs

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sciences or engineering, or similar education
  • Extra degree in economics and/or marketing, or proven commercial success, is a plus
  • Background or experience in Key Account Management or OEM business of high-tech products is a plus
  • Experience in product management in a high-tech international setting, ideally in the vacuum industry or critical component B2B business
  • Experience with complex negotiations with large customers, especially US-based companies
  • Fluent in written and spoken business English
  • Strong business sense, strategic thinking, and ability to build customer trust and loyalty
  • Skilled in finding fact-based solutions and turning market needs into growth strategies with execution plans
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, analytical, and communication skills
