Your tasks

  • Manage and develop our worldwide network of distribution partners
  • Lead change within the distribution network by challenging the status quo and optimizing the partner landscape
  • Guide partners through new programs, tools, and sales processes to improve performance
  • Handle changes and lead negotiations with channel partners
  • Work closely with business units to make sure the company strategy is implemented in each channel
  • Monitor and improve partner performance using clear KPIs and structured business reviews
  • Watch the market for competitors and technical and commercial trends
  • Join regular sales meetings and support short and medium-term sales planning
  • Own sales forecasting for your channels and share accurate, data-driven updates on opportunities and risks

What you bring

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vacuum industry or similar high-tech fields like mechanical engineering or components
  • 2 years of experience managing indirect sales through channel partners
  • Experience designing and implementing incentive programs for sales channel partners
  • Sales management experience with industrial and research customers in technology-driven environments
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets in multiple countries
  • Resilient under pressure, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Strong collaboration skills to align multiple internal and external partners
  • Ability to lead and influence external partners
  • Analytical and structured, comfortable working with pipeline, KPIs, and forecasts
  • Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
  • German or other language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel 30-40%
