Your tasks

  • Analyze and visualize business data to support decision-making
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SAP HANA models and reporting solutions
  • Integrate data from ERP, CRM, finance, and other systems
  • Create dashboards and KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and explore new BI tools
  • Lead or support BI and digital transformation projects
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance (such as GDPR)
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and training to business users
  • Document data flows, models, and methodologies

What you bring

  • Extensive experience as a data analyst or BI specialist in SAP HANA
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP ERP (S/4), SAP Analytics Cloud, and ETL tools
  • Experience in data modeling, SQLScript, and performance optimization
  • Understanding of SAP S4 data structures (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Hands-on experience in project management
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Team player with a structured, independent work style
  • Degree in business IT, data science, or similar is a nice to have
  • Experience with OneStream, Salesforce TableauNext, PowerBI is a plus
