Your tasks

  • Make sure resources, skills, and staff are planned well for the best results
  • Help put the Safety Management System (SMS) in place and keep improving it
  • Work with the Projects Coordinator to plan and assign non-line maintenance tasks
  • Take part in audits, investigations, and other admin and coordination work

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in Part-145 Line Maintenance or a similar aviation setting
  • Experience with shift planning, capacity planning, and time management
  • Strong skills in coordination and communication
  • Structured and solution-focused way of working
  • Good English skills, spoken and written (B2–C1 level)
