You play a key role in ensuring high-quality calibration services and supporting our journey to become the most customer-centric and sustainable Engine MRO worldwide.
Your tasks
- Calibrate tools sent to Calibration Services, following specified standards and capabilities
- Perform calibrations according to EN ISO/IEC 17025 and within agreed timelines
- Communicate with customers about findings, specifications, and deadlines
- Ensure standards, tools, and software are available and used correctly, including on-site calibrations if needed
- Check data entries and calibration certificates for completeness, accuracy, and quality
- Request publication and updates of technical specifications
- Process and analyse measured values, making decisions based on legal requirements and standards
- Repair and adjust electronic measuring tools and act as the main contact for assigned tools
What you bring
- Completed 4-year apprenticeship as an electronics technician with strong knowledge of analogue systems
- Basic understanding of RF and related systems is a plus
- Willing to work 10–20% at test stands in a harsh production environment
- Experienced in reading and understanding technical manuals in English and German
- Logical, analytical, and well-organized, able to manage complex tasks
- Strong MS Office skills and good communication abilities to build relationships with customers and suppliers
- Language skills: German C1, English B2; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Applicants must have an EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
