Your tasks

  • Lead high-impact projects from start to finish across business areas such as R&D, supply chain, production, project management, and engineering.
  • Drive business transformation with senior management and global teams.
  • Review and update business unit strategy and align projects with strategic goals.
  • Make sure projects meet objectives, budgets, and timelines, delivering measurable results.
  • Support activities for partnerships and acquisitions needed for growth.
  • Encourage teamwork across departments and countries, managing cross-functional teams with influence.
  • Find and implement ways to improve processes, digitalize, and innovate.
  • Act as a business partner to management, turning strategy into action.
  • Prepare and present management summaries and presentations.

What you bring

  • Degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, or mechanical engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • About 10+ years of industry experience in project execution and program management in multinational small/medium industry companies (machining, electrical, automatization) at operational and strategic levels.
  • Consulting experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong experience in executing projects across the value chain (product development, sales, project management, procurement, operations, commissioning).
  • Experience and knowledge of Indian/Asiatic markets are a plus.
  • International management experience in small/medium companies, ideally in high voltage, railway traction systems, renewable energy, or robotics & automatization.
  • Successful experience working abroad in different cultures.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to identify growth and operational excellence projects.
  • Generalist knowledge of processes and functions in multi-site industrial organizations.
  • Experience in structuring and implementing projects (operations, technical, market, organizational, financial).
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage teams across the business unit.
  • Good analytical skills to understand new topics and make clear summaries.
  • Ability to create convincing communication strategies (presentations and management summaries) based on technical reasoning.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (20-60%).
  • Excellent English, written and spoken; French is a plus.
