Join a dynamic HR team for an 8-month maternity cover at our headquarters in Hünenberg (Zug). You support a traditional brand inspired by Nordic sports, helping to shape a positive and sporty work environment from August 2026 to March 2027.
Your tasks
- Handle various HR administration tasks, focusing on the employee exit process
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including year-end settlements for social security and withholding tax for one Swiss entity
- Support the HR team with different activities, such as organizing local events
What you bring
- Federal certificate as HR specialist or similar training
- At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security
- Business fluent in English and German
- Organizational talent, independent and reliable
- Open and warm personality to fit into a small, innovative HR team
