• Coordinate the English-speaking MA Major in Theatre (MATch), focusing on curriculum development.
• Develop and teach engaging courses and practical projects in the MA Major in Theatre and BA Theatre.
• Mentor students in their artistic growth and supervise diploma projects.
• Participate in organizational tasks and evaluation commissions.
• Establish collaborations with cultural institutions, theatres, and artists.

• Completed MA degree (or equivalent) in theatre and performance.
• Established artistic practice (5-7 years) exploring embodiment in an interdisciplinary context.
• Strong pedagogical skills with at least 3 years of teaching experience in art university settings.
• Experience in various theatrical methodologies and intercultural teaching.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and integrate diversity and inclusion in education.
• High self-motivation and strong communication skills.
• Excellent English skills and willingness to improve German (B2 level).
