You lead an interdisciplinary team and drive important projects in a modern MedTech environment. You combine leadership with hands-on work and help improve project management, processes, and digital projects. As a key link between Business, Technology, and Finance, you help make our structures stronger and ensure projects are delivered successfully across teams.
Deine Aufgaben
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, building a collaborative and performance-focused team culture
- Take charge of strategic and cross-functional projects, especially in project controlling, digital health, CRM, and AI
- Set up and apply consistent project management standards, methods, and tools
- Start and push improvements in project management processes, structures, and governance
- Advance digital projects and create new solutions with business units
- Oversee project controlling and give clear information for decision-making
- Work closely with different business and product teams and coordinate cross-team projects
Was du mitbringst
- At least 5 years of experience leading complex projects, ideally in MedTech or a technology-driven field
- Some leadership experience and interest in developing team members
- Strong project management skills with a structured and solution-focused mindset
- Experience in digitalization projects (like CRM, AI, or process automation) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
