- Build and maintain data pipelines to provide high-quality data for AI, BI, and analytics use cases
- Design, train, and validate machine learning and deep learning models to find trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Work with different teams to add data solutions into workflows and match business goals
- Turn business needs into insights using dashboards, visualizations, and presentations
- Document solutions to meet regulatory standards and share knowledge with others
- Monitor, retrain, and maintain models based on feedback and changing needs
- Promote data-driven processes and help others with best practices
- Stay current with new AI, data engineering, and analytics tools to improve solutions
- Optimize cost and resource use for AI solutions
- Track and report the business impact of solutions using KPIs
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical standards at every stage
Was du mitbringst
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-based data products end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, AI/ML frameworks (like PyTorch, TensorFlow), and data engineering tools
- Skilled in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant technologies
- Solid background in mathematics, statistics, probability, and AI
- Experience with cloud platforms (such as Azure) and cloud-based data lakes or warehouses (like Databricks, Dataiku)
- Experience in regulated industries, ideally healthcare or MedTech, with understanding of compliance and data governance
- Strong communicator and team player who can explain complex technical ideas to others and enjoys learning
- Full professional proficiency in German and fluent in English
