  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization.
  • Translate customer needs into impactful project outcomes that drive technological advancement.
  • Coordinate and ensure transparency across the entire account project portfolio.

  • Facilitate collaboration among team members from different business units and locations.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical or Mechatronics); other degrees considered based on experience.
  • Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, or MBA) is preferred.
  • Experience as a Project Manager with hands-on mentality, preferably in a global matrix organization.
  • Strong ownership and high degree of autonomy.
  • Broad entrepreneurial profile with interest in technical, supply, marketing, and quality topics.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS365, DevOps, and Project Management Software.
  • Willingness to travel (about 5%).
  • Experience in vacuum technology and semiconductors is beneficial.
