  • Coordinate and handle customer complaints
  • Take responsibility for quality in innovation and relocation projects
  • Break down customer needs into quality plans and monitor these plans (including in-process checks, initial sample inspections, traceability, and quality documents)
  • Lead D-FMEA activities
  • Support P-FMEA processes
  • Assist with change requests
  • Carry out internal and external audits
  • Provide quality training
  • Help improve and develop processes
  • Support product management during customer visits and audits

Was du mitbringst

  • Completed training as a quality specialist or quality manager
  • Basic technical education with solid work experience
  • Several years of experience in quality management, customer complaints, and advance quality planning
  • Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, Ishikawa, 3-legged 5 why, Fishbone diagram, SPC, and more
  • Work in a systematic, methodical, and solution-focused way
  • Work independently and are eager to learn more
  • Team player
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
