Deine Aufgaben

  • Support People & Culture administration through the full employee lifecycle, following Swiss labour law, social insurance rules, and company standards.
  • Advise employees and managers on Swiss social insurance and employee benefits, including AHV, IV, ALV, pension fund, accident and sickness insurance, and family allowances.
  • Keep employee data and documents accurate, complete, and compliant in HR systems and records.
  • Handle complex benefits and insurance cases, such as sickness, accident, and parental leave, by working closely with providers and authorities.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure all rules and internal policies are followed.
  • Improve and standardize P&C administration processes to make them more efficient and digital.
  • Work with payroll, finance, and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant P&C operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Swiss social insurance systems, including AHV, pension fund, accident insurance, and sickness benefits.
  • Extensive experience in P&C administration with high accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret regulations and handle complex cases.
  • Ability to explain complex social insurance and benefits topics clearly to others.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Very good English and German skills, spoken and written.
