Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead computational analyses of single-cell, spatial transcriptomics, and multi-omics datasets
  • Develop and maintain reproducible, well-documented analysis pipelines
  • Apply and adapt machine learning and AI approaches to biological questions
  • Collaborate closely with experimental scientists to guide study design and data interpretation
  • Contribute to grant writing and shape the lab's computational strategy
  • Mentor and advise PhD students and postdoctoral researchers
  • Publish first-author manuscripts and present work at international conferences

  • PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field
  • Strong background in computational data analysis with understanding of biological and biomedical concepts
