• Implement and sustain the Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI)
• Work with different teams to drive GMP continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead by example to embed a Lean Management System, including daily management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard work
• Help shape a culture focused on meeting site goals and objectives
• Find and put in place strategies for flawless operational excellence
• Support the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence with site-wide improvement programs

• Experience in GMP Manufacturing or quality roles, ideally in biologics or pharmaceutical production
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement or Lean management systems
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, able to inspire change
• Deep knowledge of Lean Management principles and GMP standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
