You help shape and grow one of Switzerland's most digital mobile brands. swype is fully app-only and built for simplicity: a few plans, flexible monthly switching and cancellation, upfront payment, and no hidden complexity. • Take full responsibility for the swype portfolio, including pricing, performance, profitability, and long-term growth
• Support business planning, set growth targets, and define actions to reach them
• Refine and optimize the digital offer to keep it simple, bold, and competitive
• Lead go-to-market for new offers
• Translate business vision into product requirements and work with IT to improve the app and its features
• Use data to drive customer growth, retention, and reduce churn
• Act as the main business contact for external partners and internal IT and Network teams
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Customer Care, Legal, Compliance, and Fraud teams
• Define and drive the product roadmap to find new ways to grow and improve swype

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Several years of product management experience, ideally in telecommunications, with commercial responsibility
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
• Strong understanding of digital and app-based business models
• Proven ability to manage products using KPIs and commercial impact
• Confident in managing partners and stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
