Deine Aufgaben

  • Define and own the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) for existing customers, creating segment-specific offers that increase share of wallet, RGUs per customer, and bill size
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the base CVP across all channels by working closely with Acquisition CVP, IT, and commercial teams
  • Lead Go-to-Market execution for the customer base, including campaigns, promotions, and channel playbooks, making sure they align with commercial targets and customer experience standards
  • Manage in-life pricing to keep it consistent throughout the customer lifecycle, balancing growth, margin, and regulatory needs
  • Oversee pricing governance and sales commissioning budgets for base-related sales, ensuring incentives support CVP and loyalty goals
  • Own the Sunrise Rewards loyalty program, including strategy, development, and execution, to drive customer engagement, reduce churn, and increase sales
  • Lead the Moments roadmap as part of Sunrise Rewards, managing all customer communications, processes, and partner integration
  • Coordinate cross-functional and external teams (Marketing, Sales, Consumer Platform, IT, Customer Care, and partners) to deliver a strong base value and loyalty strategy

Was du mitbringst

  • University degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, or a quantitative field
  • 10-15 years of experience in customer value management, pricing, or loyalty, ideally in telecom or subscription-based industries
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or above) with direct responsibility for CVP, pricing governance, loyalty performance, and budget or P&L-related targets
  • Strong expertise in CVP design, in-life pricing, and loyalty program management, including segment-specific offers and cross-sell/upsell strategies
  • Broad commercial skills in GTM execution, customer experience design, and commercial management, with knowledge of offer engines and loyalty platforms
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss telecom market, including competitor offers, pricing, loyalty programs, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams and align different disciplines around shared goals
  • Strategic, data-driven leader who can turn market and regulatory changes into effective CVP and loyalty strategies
