You work with international partners and key teams to shape tools, offers, and journeys that support sales excellence. Using data and smart solutions, you help improve sales across all channels while keeping a strong focus on ethical selling and putting customers first.

  • Develop and carry out the Care2Sales strategy to meet sales, retention, and upselling goals in customer care
  • Guide and support international BPO partners, giving strategic direction, insights, and performance feedback to build a customer-focused sales approach
  • Work closely with teams like Marketing, Product, Acquisition, and CX to create offers, tools, and guides for consultative selling in every service contact
  • Find and use performance levers like incentive models, process improvements, and training to drive ongoing, sustainable results
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business data to steer performance and spot new opportunities
  • Lead change to shift from problem solving to value creation in every customer interaction
  • Ensure all sales activities follow brand, communication, and quality standards, focusing on customer needs and ethical selling

Was du mitbringst

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service Management, Sales Enablement, or BPO Operations, ideally in telecom or a similar fast-paced service field
  • Strong skills in data analysis, people leadership, coaching, and managing stakeholders
  • Proven success in creating and carrying out strategies that improve service sales, NPS, or customer retention
  • Hands-on experience managing outsourced operations and international BPO partnerships, including performance and relationship management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, from front-line to senior management
  • Fluent in English; German and French are a strong plus
