• Develop and improve the CRM strategy to keep customers engaged and loyal
• Plan, create, and optimize content and offers across all owned channels
• Design, automate, and scale campaigns based on customer segments and triggers using marketing automation tools
• Take full ownership of newsletters, email, push, in-app, and SMS performance
• Lead NPS surveys and Voice of Customer projects, turning feedback into improvements
• Define, track, and improve CRM key metrics like open rate, click-through rate, conversion, and churn
• Ensure all messaging matches our brand and values, and keep documentation up to date
• Share and improve CRM best practices within the team

• At least 5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
• Strong skills in managing customer journeys and lifecycle communication
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
• Excellent content creation and communication skills for digital channels
• Data-driven mindset with strong skills in performance analysis and optimization
• High attention to detail and reliable execution
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
