You lead a team of about 20 to 25 people, making sure work is safe, high quality, and done on time and within budget. You coordinate the team's activities with others to keep things running smoothly and get the best results for the company.

• Finished a technical apprenticeship
• At least 3 years of experience in MRO industry and good understanding of operations
• Experience leading a team
• English skills at level B1 and German at level C1 or higher
• Know how to use Lean methods
• Extra management training is a plus
• Must have an EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss work permit
