• Lead and manage your team, both technically and disciplinarily

• Completed vocational apprenticeship with experience in a technical environment (aviation experience is a plus)
• At least 5 years of leadership experience with strong people skills
• Excellent communication skills in a fast-paced setting
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency
• Work independently, precisely, and responsibly
• Proficient in German and English (B2)
• Strong MS Office skills
