• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on engine parts and components
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and internal safety and quality standards
• Prepare and review work documentation for overhaul activities
• Clarify technical deviations from manufacturer specifications with Technical Support
• Help develop, implement, and optimize processes
• Apply Lean methods such as Lean events and 5S
• Conduct internal audits to support continuous improvement of quality and infrastructure

• Completed technical vocational training (such as polymechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanical technician, or similar)
• Work precisely, independently, and with a focus on quality
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
• High sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and performance
• Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a two-shift system
• Good IT skills (MS Office; SAP is a plus)
• Good English skills required; German is an advantage
• Must have an EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
