Deine Aufgaben
- Review incoming, disassembly, assembly, and final paperwork for engines, following manufacturer instructions
- Perform final checks and certify maintenance on engines and single modules
- Complete assigned orders on time and check your own work independently
- Document all activities according to regulations
- Continuously improve processes to boost quality and lower production costs
Was du mitbringst
- Completed technical vocational training with all engine type ratings; S-License to release engine work is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience working in an engine shop
- Willing to work in a two-shift system
- Good problem-solving skills with strong safety, quality, and cost awareness
- Work independently, precisely, and responsibly with attention to detail
- Open-minded, dedicated team player with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- German (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2)
- EU or Swiss passport, or Swiss work permit required
