• Assist business units and service centers to improve occupational safety and health performance
• Carry out occupational safety and health audits and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Introduce improvements where needed
• Consult on occupational safety and health questions
• Define internal work instructions
• Design and implement campaigns to promote sustainable occupational safety and health performance
• Investigate incidents, accidents, complaints, and near misses
• Give internal safety and health training
• Coach and support OSHE Representatives
• Liaise with government officials to ensure legal compliance

• Interest in the health and safety of employees
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Good social, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of ISO45001 standard
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Proficiency in German and English (Level B2 or higher, spoken and written)
• EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit required
