• Assemble and disassemble engine gearboxes and components following manufacturer specifications and technical drawings
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks on engine and gear systems
• Inspect and document components for accuracy and damage
• Read and use technical documentation, such as Maintenance Manuals (AMM, CMM)
• Support process improvements and help introduce new technologies using Lean methods like Lean Six Sigma and 5S
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and internal quality and safety standards
• Assist other departments as needed, including inspections, logistics, and repair coordination

• Completed vocational training in a mechanical trade, ideally polytechnic, industrial mechanic, or similar
• Experience in aviation or high-precision mechanical environments is a plus
• Work precisely, structured, independently, and with a focus on quality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, flexible in operations
• Work well under time pressure and in a 2-shift system
• Motivated for ongoing professional development and aviation certifications
• Good German and English skills
• Solid IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP/ERP is an advantage)
• Applicants must have an EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
