- Process engine and aircraft parts mechanically by following manufacturer and engineering documents
- Document your work and check quality independently
- Use Lean Six Sigma methods like Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis to improve how things are done and keep everyone safe
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational rules
- Work precisely and on your own with machine tools and measuring instruments
- Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
- Work in a 2-shift system
Was du mitbringst
- Finished apprenticeship as Polymechanic EFZ, specializing in manufacturing
- At least 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator with programming knowledge
- Good skills with machine tools and precision measuring instruments
- Work responsibly, reliably, and with a focus on quality
- Can work alone with high accuracy and accountability
- Strong awareness of safety, quality, performance, and costs
- Good English and German language skills
