Your work ensures stable and continuous IT services and supports business-critical systems at Zurich and other sites.

• Give advanced onsite support for digital workplace and IT/OT environments, including hardware, peripherals, industrial PCs, local special software, and collaboration tools
• Handle break-fix tasks, device commissioning, component swaps, and warranty processes
• Resolve onsite incidents and service requests that cannot be solved remotely
• Perform IMACD and Joiner–Mover–Leaver activities for all onsite IT/OT assets, including installation, testing, maintenance, migrations, rollouts, and infrastructure changes
• Work with vendors, third-party specialists, system integrators, and central support teams to coordinate onsite interventions
• Keep accurate documentation and asset management, including special peripherals, local systems, CMDB entries, solution inventories, and ITSM ticket handling in ServiceNow

• Completed IT apprenticeship (Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann EFZ) or similar practical IT education
• Good skills with Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud
• Familiar with cybersecurity standards and operational security practices
• Hands-on experience with industrial PCs (IT/OT), embedded systems, and legacy technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Work independently, structured, and pragmatic with strong problem-solving ability
• Fluent in German (must) and English
• EU or Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit
