You make sure our IT systems run smoothly at our Zurich site and other locations. You help keep our digital workplace, production and office environments running, so everyone can do their best work. You are the go-to person for onsite IT support and work closely with our central IT teams, partners, and production teams to solve problems quickly and keep everything working well.

• Give onsite support for digital workplace and IT/OT systems, including hardware, peripherals, industrial PCs, special software, and collaboration tools
• Fix issues that cannot be solved remotely and make sure IT and OT systems work well together
• Handle IMACD and JLM (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) tasks for all onsite IT/OT equipment, including setup, testing, maintenance, migrations, rollouts, and changes
• Work with vendors, third-party experts, system integrators, and central IT support teams to coordinate onsite help and keep everyone informed
• Keep documentation and asset management up to date, including tracking special equipment, local systems, and keeping ITSM tickets in ServiceNow accurate

• Finished IT apprenticeship (Informatiker EFZ, ICT-Fachmann EFZ) or similar IT education
• Good skills with Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud
• Know cybersecurity standards and safe work practices
• Hands-on experience with industrial PCs (IT/OT), embedded systems, and older technologies
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Work independently, in a structured and practical way, and solve problems well
• Fluent in German and English
• EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss work permit required
