Deine Aufgaben
- Repair and modify composite structural components
- Inspect and assess composite damage
- Work according to repair schemes, specifications, and drawings
- Document work steps and inspection results
- Ensure quality and safety compliance
- Apply 5S principles and support productivity improvements
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams
Was du mitbringst
- Technical apprenticeship (such as polymer technologist or sheet metal worker)
- Experience in composite repair
- Work with high accuracy and independence
- Open-minded and a team player
- Good English skills (minimum B2); German is an advantage
- Basic IT skills
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- EU or Swiss passport, or Swiss work permit required
