You help manage customer accounts for engine maintenance services in Zurich. You work with teams to make sure customers get great service from start to finish. You help make sure the company meets its goals and keeps customers happy. You work with people from around the world and help solve problems if they come up.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage several customer accounts and make sure contracts for maintenance services are followed
  • Coordinate engine induction slots and the whole shop visit process until the engine is ready
  • Work to reach revenue and profit goals for your accounts with the Product Management and Sales teams
  • Talk with customers about commercial issues, turnaround times, and parts exchange during shop visits
  • Start internal and external escalation if needed
  • Build and grow customer relationships and prepare and organize customer visits in Zurich or at their site
  • Take care of profit and loss for your accounts and give advice to management
  • Make sure shop visits are profitable within contract rules
  • Join contract handover meetings and look for risks in contracts, then help fix them
  • Be the main contact for the customer, handle feedback, and set up review meetings
  • Organize "Closing-the-Loop" meetings after shop visits to share feedback
  • Lead kick-off meetings for new shop visits and give engine delivery info for planning
  • Organize and coordinate Table Inspections with the customer
  • Communicate about commercial and turnaround time topics during shop visits and make sure engines are delivered on time
  • Offer part replacements and exchanges and explain the costs to the customer
  • Send preliminary invoices and check final invoices at the end of shop visits
  • Handle accruals for discounts, incentives, fees, penalties, warranty risks, and invoice disputes
  • Solve invoice disputes with customers
  • Help with cash collection together with Sales

Was du mitbringst

  • Commercial or technical degree in a related field or similar experience
  • At least 3 years of commercial or technical experience in the MRO industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the MRO industry
  • Good understanding of the MRO or aerospace business
  • Strong business sense and contract knowledge
  • Good communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills
  • Fluent in English
  • EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss work permit required (due to Swiss regulations)
