Join a team of digital and performance marketing experts in a central role, working with all business units to plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing efforts for leading online marketplaces across Switzerland. You will help drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your tasks

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Search Engine Advertising for various brands
  • Work with other digital marketing channels such as social ads, programmatic, and display, stepping in for other channels when needed
  • Drive performance by monitoring, analysing, and recommending optimisation and growth opportunities with a strong testing mindset
  • Challenge the status quo and contribute to process and workflow optimisation
  • Collaborate with brands to achieve their marketing goals and implement digital marketing best practices
  • Work with marketing professionals focusing on ad product and creative innovation, audience and data strategy, and measurement and attribution opportunities

What you bring

  • Native German speaker and fluent in English
  • Over 6 years of experience in digital channels with a strong focus on Paid Search; experience in other digital channels is a plus
  • Proven track record in Google Ads and experience with Google Marketing platform (SA360, DV360, CM360)
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency with feed management tools and strong Google Shopping experience
  • Service mindset and flexibility when working with different stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills, reliability, and proactive attitude
  • Excellent project management skills, highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent practical experience
