Deine Aufgaben
- Advise teams and the business on data protection topics
- Support data protection audits and monitor compliance
- Make sure data subject access requests are handled correctly
- Maintain and update records of data processing activities
- Help the Data Protection Officer (DPO) implement and monitor internal data protection policies and guidelines
- Support the DPO in responding to data breaches
- Advise on new projects, tools, and initiatives from a data protection perspective (such as Data Protection Impact Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessments)
- Draft and deliver employee training and awareness sessions
- Draft, review, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements, Standard Contractual Clauses, Controller agreements, and other data protection-related contracts and documents
Was du mitbringst
- University degree in Law, ideally with extra training in data protection (like CIPP/E or CAS)
- First work experience in data protection
- Strong interest in digital business and technology, and willing to learn quickly
- Open-minded and independent, with a practical and solution-focused approach
- Good communication skills with people at all levels, from board members to IT staff
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level); French or Italian is a plus
