  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Deploy, monitor, and operate services on OpenShift and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate processes
  • Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and scalable in production
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues across the application stack and production infrastructure

  • Proven experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on OpenShift and RHEL
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools like CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and scripting in Bash or Python, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Ability to take full ownership of services from development to deployment and support
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Angular or broader full-stack development, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, or Terraform
  • Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments is valued
