Deine Aufgaben

  • Define the vision, objectives, strategy, and roadmap for the Oedema indication
  • Align with R&D, regulatory, medical, and sales leaders to set focus areas
  • Continuously develop, evaluate, and manage the global product portfolio
  • Assess pipeline and in-market products for strategic fit, risk, and synergies
  • Translate market insights into future product launches and manage the product life cycle
  • Develop key global messages and value propositions for patients, healthcare professionals, and points of sale
  • Lead the creation of global brand toolkits and campaign content
  • Set and monitor global and local product/indication performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports by setting and tracking their performance and development goals
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and ensure effective communication and coordination across regions

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or related field is a plus
  • Extensive experience in marketing, product management, or business leadership within medical devices or life sciences, ideally with vascular or oedema-related therapies
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing global product strategies, including portfolio management, product launches, and lifecycle optimization across regions
  • Experience leading international teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals across different markets and build strong relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, networked mindset, and strategic approach
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French valued
  • Willingness to travel internationally (about 30-40%)
