Deine Aufgaben

  • Drive business development, solution standardization, portfolio development, and requirements management based on market needs
  • Lead stakeholder collaboration and regional consulting by coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting regional sales with go-to-market plans
  • Define vertical offerings, value propositions, and support launches in focus countries
  • Ensure technical compliance with standards and promote market differentiation
  • Develop training and certification programs with the Training Academy and Partner Management team
  • Grow the global partner network for scalable growth with standardized solutions
  • Support global pre-sales activities and validate solution offerings for critical environments
  • Enable and support sales teams with application knowledge

Was du mitbringst

  • Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or business-related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in building automation, focusing on life cycle services for critical environments
  • Strong understanding of critical environments (like laboratories, clean rooms, pressurized rooms) and regulatory frameworks such as GMP
  • Deep market insight and ability to translate customer objectives into value propositions
  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to turn market demand into business development and portfolio solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills for working with international, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing standardized solutions and reference architectures
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; German proficiency is a significant advantage
  • Must have legal work authorization for Frankfurt/Germany or Zug/Switzerland; relocation not required
