Deine Aufgaben

  • Oversee the product line roadmap and manage all releases from concept to launch.
  • Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects for timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality targets.
  • Develop strategic and annual release plans, including resource and capacity planning.
  • Align priorities with key stakeholders like Product Line Head, Product Managers, and project teams.
  • Monitor performance indicators for development efficiency, product quality, on-time delivery, risk management, and budget use.
  • Lead the global release manager team, ensuring consistent processes and effective communication.
  • Optimize and orchestrate release management processes, maintaining planning documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
  • Coordinate between product line and product development teams, tracking progress and reporting status, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Support innovation, product strategy, and roadmap development in collaboration with product managers and engineering teams.

Was du mitbringst

  • University degree or higher education in engineering, project management, or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in product development or engineering projects, preferably in safety-critical or regulated environments.
  • Strong track record in planning, executing, and delivering complex hardware and software programs on time and within scope, with focus on regulatory compliance and quality.
  • Experience in the fire safety industry or related building management systems is valued.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate budgets across multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with lean/agile development methods, such as SAFe, is a plus.
  • Resilience, a structured and analytical work style, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Switzerland.
