Deine Aufgaben
- Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and countries
- Drive go-to-market strategies for vertical offerings and support launch activities in focus countries
- Own customer requirements, including business potential, and influence product roadmaps
- Support sales and validate solution offerings for critical environments, both commercially and technically
- Develop training and certification programs with the Training Academy and Partner Management team
- Expand the global partner network for growth through standardized solutions
- Enable and support local teams by providing application knowledge
Was du mitbringst
- Master's degree or equivalent in engineering or a business-related field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the building automation industry, ideally with a focus on Critical Environment Technology
- Deep market knowledge and ability to turn customer objectives into strong offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Experience in defining and developing standardized portfolio offerings
- Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies
- Strategic mindset and critical thinking skills
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams, including senior management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage
- Legal eligibility for work authorization in Frankfurt/Germany or Zug/Switzerland
