Deine Aufgaben

  • Execute go-to-market and account strategies for Data Center, matching commercial goals and market changes
  • Work with Key Account Managers and regional sales teams to implement account and regional strategic initiatives
  • Support market segmentation, rollout of vertical offerings, and direct/indirect channel strategy for vertical-specific projects
  • Help with cross-Business Unit activities for a unified market approach and to grow market share
  • Work with all portfolio stakeholders, like Business Units and Specialist Teams
  • Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence and account data to guide strategy and find growth chances
  • Support new business by creating pipelines, engaging customers, and preparing investment proposals in related areas
  • Help develop products and systems by sharing market needs for innovation and design
  • Act as a link between internal and external partners, building strong networks with global sales, vertical leaders, and industry experts to align priorities

  • 10+ years in business development with success in strategic partnerships, account management, complex deals, and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong understanding of data center industry, regulations, technology trends, and digital transformation
  • Experience in Data Center is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of building technologies and digital platforms
  • Skilled in strategic planning and market entry strategies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and C-level relationship building
  • Visionary leadership with operational focus and growth mindset
  • Good financial skills and data-driven decision making
  • Team builder and able to work across cultures
  • Customer-focused with commercial insight
  • Comfortable with change and able to drive transformation
  • Experience working globally, with senior leaders and different cultures
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English; other European languages are a plus
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
  • Willing to travel globally up to 50%
  • Legal right to work in Switzerland, Germany, UK, or Ireland (no relocation needed)
