  • Develop firmware for valve and damper actuators, focusing on control technology and motion control
  • Create embedded firmware in C++ for constrained devices, from pre-development to production launch in an agile release train (SAFe)
  • Verify firmware modules and library components
  • Work with Docker on Linux, GitLab CI with Docker executors, and Kaniko
  • Create detailed specifications
  • Further develop drive architecture in collaboration with hardware, mechanics, and architecture teams
  • Take responsibility for your own work and use your freedom to find the best solutions
  • Collaborate internationally with development teams in China and the USA
  • Take on additional responsibilities over time, depending on your interests and availability

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering or a similar technical field
  • Ideally 2-5 years of practical experience in firmware development and experience with industrial or large-scale products
  • Passion for software and interest in trends in embedded devices, firmware, and IoT
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and Python, with hands-on project experience
  • Solid understanding of software architecture
  • High motivation, good communication skills, structured work style, and determination
  • Appreciation for intercultural teamwork in a global company
  • Proficient in German and English
