• Develop new products and technologies and secure their intellectual property
• Act as an expert in polymer, glass, or rubber products and related technologies, especially in primary and secondary packaging
• Identify risks in the critical functions of new packaging
• Understand regulatory requirements, technical customer service, and summary reports
• Execute complex roadmap and customer-specific projects from idea to market launch
• Plan technical work packages with senior colleagues and deliver them on time, within budget, and at the required quality
• Support technical feasibility studies and change projects

• University degree in Engineering or Life Science
• Experience in product development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging (at least 1 year for MSc/PhD, 3 years for Bachelors)
• Knowledge and experience with glass, rubber, or polymer products and related technologies, design control process, and GMP
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to plan technical activities, work on multiple projects at once, and prioritize tasks
• Good analytical skills
• Creativity and ability to generate intellectual property
