You help create safe and easy-to-use packaging for medicines by developing new processes and using the latest technology. You work with a global team to make a difference in healthcare every day.
Deine Aufgaben
- Develop and introduce new processes and technologies for packaging products
- Optimize processing times, improve yield, and reduce defects
- Work with cleaning, coating, assembling, gluing, and packaging processes
- Lead innovation, customer-specific, and industrialization projects from idea to market launch
- Plan technical work packages and deliver them on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Understand how production processes affect product function and how product design affects manufacturing and cost
- Work in a GMP-regulated environment
- Travel to global production sites and suppliers as needed, up to 50%
Was du mitbringst
- Degree in Life Science or Engineering (such as pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or materials engineering)
- At least 2 years of experience in process development for medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging
- Knowledge of glass or polymer processes like cleaning, coating, assembling, gluing, or packaging
- Experience with equipment and process qualification and validation, and related standards (21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 15378)
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis; Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Structured working style with strong planning and prioritization skills
- Creative thinker who can generate intellectual property
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external partners
