• Manage global cash, liquidity, and investments to optimize group funding and returns, following global counterparty limits
• Lead the groupwide monthly intercompany clearing cycle and manage related foreign exchange exposures
• Execute and settle treasury transactions, including foreign exchange, money markets, and intercompany loans
• Manage guarantee renewals, ensuring accurate and timely execution
• Strengthen bank relationships and improve payment infrastructure
• Drive continuous improvement in treasury operations by standardizing processes, automating workflows, and enhancing KPIs
• Support global treasury projects and change initiatives from concept to rollout

• Degree in finance, IT, or business administration
• Experience in managing cash and financial assets within an international organization
• Hands-on expertise in executing foreign currency transactions and payments accurately and in compliance
• Solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and banking products and services
• Ability to lead and support project work streams, ensuring timely delivery and teamwork
• Strong IT skills, ideally with experience in Treasury Management Systems (such as Kyriba), SAP, market data providers, and e-commerce platforms
• Fluent in English; German is an asset
