• Manage the lifecycle of standard software including requirement analyses, testing, licensing, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Collaborate in the vulnerability process with IT Security and external service providers.
• Work with service providers to identify and address recurring incidents and implement service improvement plans.
• Assist in the continual improvement of systems through analysis and prioritization of issues.
• Collaborate with team members and take over tasks as needed.

• Commercial degree, apprenticeship, or similar qualification.
• ITIL Foundation certification is beneficial.
• Strong Service Delivery mentality with a focus on quality.
• Technical understanding of Citrix VDI and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to solve problems independently and communicate effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
• Experience managing tasks with multiple external parties.
• Strong team player who builds trust with peers and superiors.
• Flexible and eager to learn new topics.
