• Guide and support our service provider in building and operating cloud and M365 services.
• Lead cloud-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Specify, implement, and improve cloud-based solutions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
• Support the service provider in managing MS Teams, Voice recording, Chat, and other M365 applications.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and implement improvements.
• Ensure cloud environments meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
• Track and manage cloud expenses for cost-efficiency and budget adherence.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and M365.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate solutions clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German & English.
• Proven experience in managing cloud-related projects, including migrations and implementations.
• Team player who builds trust and confidence with peers and superiors.
• Ability to align cloud solutions with business objectives.
