• Lead packaging projects from the first idea to final handover.
• Find and manage projects with both internal and external partners to create new packaging solutions.
• Help develop and put into practice our sustainable packaging strategy.
• Look for ways to improve packaging and save costs using data, research, and teamwork with procurement.
• Make the customer experience better by using new and sustainable packaging ideas.
• Be the main contact during project implementation and make sure production starts smoothly.
• Work closely with different teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Give technical advice and support to both internal and external customers.

• University degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a similar technical field.
• Experience in packaging development and technology, with knowledge of production processes and materials.
• Experience leading or contributing to packaging projects, especially with new and sustainable solutions.
• Passion for creating sustainable and innovative packaging and sharing creative ideas.
• Strong planning, self-organization, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in teams.
• Fluent in business English; German is a plus.
