• Lead frontend development (60% focus) using React and Next.js to shape the product’s user experience.
• Contribute to backend services (40% focus) with Python and FastAPI, ensuring seamless integrations and strong performance.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and engineering to influence technical decisions and product direction.
• Ship features end-to-end, from discovering problems with users to implementation, testing, and production.
• Maintain high standards in code quality, testing, and deployment using CI/CD best practices.
• Embrace a startup mindset, iterate quickly, talk to users, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Work mainly from our Zurich HQ (Sihlcity), 4 days a week, with a team of experienced engineers.

• 4+ years of fullstack experience, focusing on React, Next.js, and modern TypeScript in complex B2B SaaS or technical environments.
• Strong skills in backend development with Python (FastAPI preferred) and solid understanding of API design and integrations.
• Proven ability to ship scalable, user-friendly applications while balancing speed and quality.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, testing frameworks, and version control (GitHub) to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working across teams and directly with users.
