  • Formulate project plans for development projects, considering cost, schedule, and resource needs
  • Manage requirements and projects at the department level, ensuring compliance with internal and certification processes
  • Provide regular updates on project status
  • Handle supplier management tasks at the department level
  • Coordinate with internal interdisciplinary stakeholders at all levels
  • Support ongoing improvements to project management and requirement management tools, processes, and departmental efficiency

Was du mitbringst

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aeronautical, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft development programs, possibly as a program or project manager
  • Experience managing small to medium-sized multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex engineering projects is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of all steps of the development cycle, with strong coordination and team-building skills
  • Structured, pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems
  • Experience with requirement development, tracking, and validation using DOORS
  • Familiarity with EASA CS-23/FAA FAR-23, SAE ARP4754/4761, and hardware/software development standards (DO-254, DO-178) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize multidisciplinary technical information
  • Fluency in English; German knowledge is an advantage
  • Open-minded, self-driven, and committed personality with prioritization skills and willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
