You help shape the future of a new product platform in the mylife Diabetes Care portfolio. You turn real-world needs into product strategies, requirements, and business cases. You make sure our products fit the market, are clinically relevant, add value, and meet regulations. You support the development of medical technology that helps people manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.
Deine Aufgaben
- Own and grow the global product vision, portfolio strategy, and long-term roadmap using clinical needs, market insights, and competition
- Understand users and stakeholders and turn their feedback into product ideas, requirements, and Market Requirements Documents (MRD)
- Develop and manage business cases, forecasts, and cost targets to deliver clinical, economic, and commercial value
- Define and carry out partner strategies to add external technologies and solutions to the product portfolio
- Combine devices, digital solutions, and algorithms into one platform for patient-focused, effective, and scalable solutions
- Lead the product from development to launch, ensuring compliance, product forecasting, KPI definition, and smooth handover to Marketing and Sales
- Represent the product platform at internal and external events
- Act as a product expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Share responsibility for and coordinate expert areas related to the products and standard product management activities
- Be accountable for the product platform's success from concept to post-market performance
Was du mitbringst
- University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or similar; MBA is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management in medical devices, pharma, or high-end consumer technology
- Proven experience managing products across the lifecycle, from concept to post-market, with measurable business impact
- Experience turning market and clinical needs into product requirements and business cases
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance, and claim management
- Experience in Diabetes Care or other chronic therapy areas is a plus
- Strategic thinker who can define product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle performance
- Ability to explain complex features and clinical evidence as product requirements and value drivers
- Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams (Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Market Access)
- Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking, product performance, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior audiences
- Customer- and patient-focused mindset with attention to product–market fit and long-term value
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented working style
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus (e.g. German)
