  • Manage employee services in the service center and onshore in countries
  • Handle relationships between delivery teams and internal customers
  • Report on service center performance and lead reviews with leadership and stakeholders
  • Contribute to global service management by using simple and standard processes and technologies
  • Oversee the employee services center’s annual budget
  • Process local change requests and keep local documentation updated and compliant
  • Manage suppliers delivering services for the processes
  • Find ways to improve services and quality
  • Lead, coach, motivate, train, and inspire team members

  • Experience managing people and working well with all colleagues
  • Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience managing a shared service or BPO delivery center in a global company
  • Vendor relationship management skills
  • Project management experience, especially with large projects and process redesign
  • Good with data analysis and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle many tasks and solve problems
  • Experience building relationships, motivating, educating, and mentoring others
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
  • Advanced English and Spanish skills (required)
  • Portuguese skills (desirable)
  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition role (desirable)
  • Strong interest in technology and experience managing tech deployment projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
